After the transition, your project manager will use proprietary tools to monitor the accuracy of all information presented. Accurate data is essential to all aspects of Data Collection and Payment, from carbon footprint reporting and energy procurement and rate audits, to evaluation of installed energy efficiency measures and the correct disposition of your utility bills. To facilitate accurate monitoring, and to enable any necessary corrective action, all bill images are captured and readily available on the bill payment website.
